the day's mood was somber, but finally at the end of the day the sun came out just before it set... I thought the faint sunlight on these icicles looked like a very small promise of warmth to come...

We had thunder, lightning and rain last night HF and ice this morning. I didn't get any shots nearly this good. Nice to see you post.
