I don't have anything like photoshop so I've had to get a little more creative with manipulations... the effect was achieved with a slow shutter speed while manually moving the camera up and down, something I tried to copy from an art-photography magazine... I thought it worked fairly well...

Time for me to clean my eye glasses once more for this contest, Mary! This came out perfect and is a super entry for the contest. The not so focused disappearing, tree-lined road plus the light on the trees on the right, make for a talented shot. Well done and best of luck to you!
