It's nice , specially the color of leaves . by the way I think It would be better for you , to get off the car and take the photo . 'cause those drops looks some blurry . and then you could also took a photo from the center of the street .
you know , framing is an important aspect of photographing ;)

I don't mind the droplets so much .... kind of adds character - an on the inside looking out feel. But for some reason it seems too busy of a shot or too distracting? Maybe it is the redness of the street signs is taking away from the beauty of the red leaves?

Nice but it would have been better without the rain. A partly cloudy day would have add some intrest and fixed the bland background of the sky.

i think it would look better without the rain drops blurring the image, but thats just me.
other than that this is a great capture of something simple and ordinary that you see all the time, just not in photos. overall, a pretty good image
