excellent pic... i agree with bigjon about the background, but the only thing is that the contours could be a bit smoother and rounder without the jagged edges.. not sure if its possible, but it would sure improve on this already cool image
you picked good colors and did a good job with the 3-d effects. but you could have done a sharper job with the contours, the edges are still really rough. its hard though, i know.

Go on, rub paint on the wound. You won't see it, but it'll always be there. But that's all it takes... out of sight, out of mind. It's scary to think of me as hurt and broken, isn't it. I'm hurt, can you see it?
Although, "Modern Green" and "Contour Time" ... both ... run a close second. :o)
As mentioned ... and not a criticism btw ... just a suggestion ... I think you could easilly clean up the edges on this one in Photoshop. If you so wished.
As is, I really like it. It's quite pleasing to the eye and makes for a good desktop. The colour palette works well with this.
What blows me away is looking at the date that you created this. Two years and change ago? Nice.
Shocked reporters report: Nothing to report, wait, this is just in! Dave is going to re-do this contour, may not be the same pattern but will have EXACTLY the same colours! Back to you Tom.
