So cute, another picture is needed to capture all the beauty. Photographed through a fine wire mesh. Didn't seem to distract from nature's beauty (my glasses were being repaired, so I may not be the best judge- LOL). Lowry Park Zoo.

Totally amazing fellow! I guess you do fine work WITHOUT the glasses!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I've seen people with that same expression. A fine portrait of this interesting fellow.

What a face Charlie...amazing how clear it is through the mesh. Someone was ruffeling his feathers :) Was that you? Excellent post again. Thanks.

After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.

Well, you can certainly see the family resemblance to the dinosaurs. I can imagine this Grandfather 1600 times removed was probably a T-Rex. Certainly inherited the shape of his head!! The clarity is outstanding and the beauty???? Well, I'll send you a little something so you can have someone go in next time a little beforehand and apply some makeup..or a bag ::LOL::

oh my goodness! Not the most handsome fellow, but interesting! Very clear and good details - such a long ugly bill, a lovely grey eye and big head. But his feathers do look soft and ruffled. He does appear alittle prehistoric. Thanks Charlie, for this bird of interest :)
