For me this is just a magical place. These two trees are so beautiful and at the same time missplaced. Its just a place to sit and read or tell fairytales

Very nice! Love the quietness of the setting - - the perfect stillness of the water - - and the lovely mirror of the trees in the water. Great title too!

Hoi Paul,

Very nice photo. I like shots like these with reflection of the threes in the water.
The composition is good with the leaves on the foreground. Well done!

The various shades of greens and the types of trees in this does give it a 'fairy tale land' feel...magical indeed and beautifully captured...I shall dream along with you and enjoy this on my desktop today.:Pat.

I think these two trees are worthy of a series of photos and you are just the perfect one to do so ... look forward to seeing more of them and of your work.

It truly does seem like a magical place. I could not help but notice the pattern on the surface of the water, the slight swirl ... interesting.

I did view this image of yours in various resolutions and came across something I did not notice on my own. In viewing at the higher resolutions, the image is 'cropped' somewhat and at the highest resolution ... the unintentional cropping made 'sense.' Please allow me to explain, briefly ...

I think now with the benefit of having seen your photo cropped and therefore framed a little differently than how you present it, I must admit ... taking ever so little more of the water out does improve the image. The trees really are the focal point and become more so, if less of the water is shown.

I realize that the 'brown-ness' of the water is beyond your control, however, it does detract from the overall image. Any filter that could possibly assist?

Still, overlook my constructive remarks ... as I do love this scene ... I certainly could get lost looking at ... and that is a very high compliment

Where is this place?
It has to be magical, if not in the fantasy sense, then in a psychological sense. I do believe that just seeing this picture, seeing that pond in the pic is relaxing, maybe even healing.
A great shot of a great target.
Thank you for sharing this one!

A magically beautiful place. The reflection on the glassy water are awsome. There is a but of a burn on the sky and the foreground branches and leaves, but it is a slight flaw considering the beauty of this capture. :)
