beautiful image really, the contrast of the focus between foreground and background is amazing. the way the leaves are positioned and the framing of them gives a real sense of motion... wow. advice though, the contrast could be greater as there is almost no true whites or blacks; not sure this color tint is the best, either.
Oooh I love this Luke! how did you manage to capture leaves like that?! beautiful motion, a gorgeous lighting (very subtle) and a very good choice of color. this is poetry!
the quote is quite good, the only thing is that it doens't really seem to relate to the image... when I look at this, words about seasons or the wind comes to mind however this is an excellent piece in itself Luke. well done
Just so you know, I used the sepia effect and then later adjusted the color more-so to what i was looking for. I think the quote fits perfect, but that is how I view things. I see God smiling in many things in nature, His creation, and I loved the way the light was shining on these leaves in the wind. I did think about looking for a quote about the wind or change, but I didn't find much, and I like this one more. Thanks everyone! :-)
You can almost feel the wind moving the leaves and the warmth of the sunlight!! I love this image and it really does fit nicely with the quote and title. Lovely.
Absolutely stunning image! I LOVE the focus, the compo, the lighting, the colors...everything about this shot is fabulous! I also like the verse. It's amazing to see His hand in creation! Max marks on this one! Keep 'em coming!
Absolutely wonderful. Luke is a great chapter to read. The capture of the leaves turned against the wind is great. Love the color in this shot as well. Great job and love the discription.
Don't laugh because I am not joking, but Leviticus 23 can get very interesting when you get indepth. It is so ironic because most view it as a typical hard chapter in the worst book, but it is really cool to relate Christ to all the feasts. They say that He was the substance of the shadow, the shadow being the Old Testament, which is fulfilled by the New Testament. He managed to act out every single one of these feasts by some major event in his life, and the timing couldn't be better!
