I have to agree with kim. I like the placement of the subject, but the darkness draws attention away from her and puts it on the curtains. Perhaps this was your goal, but I think I'd like it better with more light on the subject.
It looks like she is saying: Dammit Luke....get off Caedes and take me out somewhere!!!!!
Pretty girl...
hmmmm, over-exposed lighting....eh? like my GOPHER TORTOISE: ha! That's what you get for picking on me...hehehehe { you know I am kidding....:)
Please forgive me: I want to thank everyone who views and comments my images, I try but it is hard to write individual thank you at times. Please know you are appreciated!
We were looking around for areas to take pictures, and I couldn't pass up the lace curtains. Unfortunately, her porch was very viewable throught he curtains, so I set up some work lights behind the curtains to create a strong backlight. Work lights do strange things with the white balance and you can determine what is what by the yellow glow at the top-right corner. I used a diffuse glow to soften the curtains and make them more uniform. This morning, it looks exactly the way I want it, but that may change in the afternoon when the glare hits the screen. I will post a lightened version and upload it as well...again, this is what I get for working late at night with no monitor glare.
