So.. I think what you are saying in your accompanying narrative, Chris.. is.. that this isn't a manipulation?
:oP
It's an interesting visual juxtaposition on the lighting.. with respect to what one would expect to see with that of a sunset. At least to my eyes and mind.
And I almost want to say it reminds of a moonlit night, taking in the overall scene.
Nice work, both; behind the lens and in the editing chair.
And.. but, of course.. thanks for sharing your creativity with us.
the moon was up at the same time...i almost took one of that as well. in retrospect with your mention...im left with the fact i must leave to go get this other shot...DooH! thats ok, in about an hour i predict the skies will turn red from the heat and humidity. i will be there!
oh yeah, No Les its not a manip. i would like to make people think it is :( how i do love my manipulation...but nope! not this time. maybe the next one.
A beauty of a composition. Having had my share of sunrise and some sunsets I can see its real alright. It`s dark yet has clarity and color ,mighty fine work Stylo.
I'm with Connie on the manipulation - I don't think about it - I just react to how I see it and the feeling it evokes - faved this one - it gave me a peaceful feeling after a bad day. Thanks for that.
