in case anyone dont know? those spots/lines you see in the water up front? it was raining there through the canopy above, I was protected at that point where i stood. does look a little confusing now that I think about it. something im not willing to remove, its part of the shot.

The colors and darkness at the edges lend a magical look to this place.

I would love to see this place myself, but I don't believe I'd be able to take photos of it any better than what you've already shown us. Every angle has been covered, the lighting and composition superb, the season perfect for showing the place off at its best. To mimic a kid trick-or-treating last night, who was tickled to get a handful of candy from me instead of one piece, "You rock, man!" And while you've covered a number of angles, I don't feel you've overdone anything, and I look forward to when you bring us back here with additional angles.

Intense...

I like Intense! to describe this piece. I truly am pleased with it and not many I do, I truly find perfect for my taste. when editing it? everything just flowed so nicely with just one exposure taken. I didnt need the other two for an HDR effect. once in lightroom it came together in just about a half hour and then i said "STOP!" which im terrible at not doing, always something else to improve. this one didnt have it...for the shot that was taken. that dark subtle but colorful tunnel just leads the eyes to the subject at the end in a magical but mysterious way, that being said? the back side of the Devils Bath Tub. and a little Autumn splash in the reflection that I was able to enhance was a bonus. colorization at its best!

I love it when I can label one "Manipulation" but in all honesty to what the rules or borders of a Manip truly is? this one just had to pass with "Enhancement". It was all done in Lightroom with a few presets i made from previous edits and some brush work. a few spots cleaned up in Photoshop. no pixel added or taken away.
