Ok, forgive me for jumping right in with the caveats ... bear with ...
Had you captured the woman entirely ... and ... with sharper focus ... it would kick this shot up considerably in my humble opinion.
I really like how you used the lines of the benches in your overall composition. The use of incorporating repetitive forms/shapes and the angular lines does indeed add to the visual interest and dynamics of your photo here.
The softer focus? Perhaps some artistic licence on your part? Of course, I can respect that ... think though you could have accomplished the 'dreamy' effect through a treatment or filter of some sort and not necessarily sacrificed clarity per se.
Caught your image here before in the new images gallery and just now in the voting booth. On both occasions and notably this time, I was prompted to come by and leave you with some thoughts.

Focus seems to be a little soft, maybe by your design. Lighting could be just a tad darker in my opinion, and the model is cut off to the left. Just a constructive critique. Please take it in the spirit it is given. Overall, the I like the photo, a few modifications would take this from a good photo to a great photo.
