You're getting a lot better...those rays on the water look great :D but you see that black area on the horizon? you can make that disappear by decreasing the camera height before rendering...nice work :D
Edit: I'm thanking noobguy for this, he just told me a better way to get rid of that black area...you can always increase the size of the sky to get rid of the black area in the sky :)
or can't you just increase the overall terrain size? And sometimes you can use less terrain space by just making the terrain features smaller in the "generate terrain window."
btw, pretty cool lighting situation. you've got the concept down. Now you just gotta work on the detail and resolution. btw, do you just have the free terragen download? since it only lets you make 1280 images in dimension , what i do is just render a scene and then pan left or right and then get the next overlapping view and mend them together with a mending program.
I'm uploading my photography on deviantart.com as well so you'll start seeing some of my same stuff on that site aswell. If I think people like it enough, i might buy a subscription and sell my artwork on it.
