This gorgeous Loti & yes, the frame compliments the fractal. The spirals appear to moving / dancing & I love the layered stained glass look. Nice warm colors with a touch of blue & green. Beautifully done.

Lori, it looks like a cropped version of a beautiful Peacock's tail feathers nicely laid out for view. But, what an excellent example of design and use of color. The pastal like blue/green accents your work very well.
