I dedicate this to all the women at Caedes...sorry guys! A little makeup for your desktops :) Thanks for looking my friends! Comments / critiques are always welcome and appreciated :) Lori
This is SO cool! I love the combination of rounded and angular "pieces", and you know anything with pink is going to grab my eye. Excellent work, Lori! Faved and saved, and thanks for sharing this beauty with us!
An evil hand pulling back a stage curtain, possibly a Tim Burton stop-action remake of Phantom of the Opera, and the spiralling hole in the center is to where the Phantom is about to whisk off his young singer. What I like about your images, Lori, is that they're not just static groupings of funky patterns, like so many fractals submitted to this site. Instead, they easily bring to mind movies, stories, personal experiences, or artists, etc., etc. This image of yours also evokes M.C. Escher for me. Another great job.
Hmmm... I don't see glamour. However, I do see creep little mis-shapen hands peeking from behind... doors? and - on the outer circle - dark paws of some uncomfortable creature pawing their way closer to the center. Inside the hands' circle, I see a giant tentacle with uncomfortably large suction cups, and in the center - a nova exploding. Then again, it IS pink... :)
This is just gorgeous! Were you thinking of chocolate and flowers. Because of the color scheme, there is some of both these elements in this!! Maybe even a makeup palette!! i really like it!
