This flame rendered with minimal colours, but I decided to use a sepia effect. Best viewed full screen. Thanks for looking my friends! :) Comments and critiques are always welcome and most appreciated. Lori

The sepia works very nicely. It reminds me of an aged artifact made of lace, associated with royalty or a wedding, so the Heirloom title fits well.

Excellent work here Lori. This would make a most elegant hair piece for a lady to wear to the ball. Truly a rich and beautiful creation.

Oh, my goodness. I can almost touch this beautiful creation of coils and lace and definition. It has such depth. I really like the sepia tone as well. You really make such wonderful things, Lori.

Of all the colors to choose from, you picked the one family that would show this beauty off to perfection. It looks like an old ivory hair ornament for a noblewoman for some distant century. This is a stunning piece, and you should be proud.
Faved and saved this one!

Holy cranks, that's fantabulous! I just got me a new DT. And the 3D effects are mind-burrowing. I normally like lots of color, lots of busyness, and lots of information and patterns in the image, but this is just stupendous in its mood, prob due to the play of dark and shadow and the well-applied sepia effect. Makes me want to try one too. Again: cool!
