Boy, and I thought the other one was good!! This is so super Lori! Those colors with that satin effect is outstanding!!! I prefer this one myself, but they're both wonderful!

Lori, these colors are great, almost metallic in their shine and gradation. Unlike the satin image you submitted earlier, that evoked a silky, shiny cloth, this one brings to mind smoothly sculpted metal anodized with every cool color of every cool car ever made. The pinwheeling effect also conjures up aircraft, so all together, this is a graphic representation of a future commuter's preferred method of elegant transportation, as depicted by Popular Science magazine back in the 1950's. Do you remember those when you were a kid? They were sure that people in our time would all be flying home from the office, not driving. I always looked forward to the wild ideas they proposed, presented with equally wild art. This is that art.

Well, I thought "Black Satin" was gorgeous, and wasn't too sure you could improve on it with color. Glad you proved me wrong! You chose the best colors for this, and it's a stunner! Great job, Lori!

I think they are both mood dependent. Depending where you are currently at is where you will find your preference. I like them both for what they represent to me. It is not a competition, they are both excellent.
