Abstract->Fractal
This is a manip of an Apop render. I've been holding on to it for awhile as I couldn't come up with an good title.
One of Ron's recent creations included the Biohazard symbol, which I think this looks a lot like. And, after showing it to my friend Nikoneer, he thought it reminded him of TRON, due to the neon blues. Therefore, I'd like to dedicate this to Nikoneer, for his friendship and because he's a huge fan of all that sci-fi stuff :)

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
Thank you Lori, you're too kind, indulging my penchant for weird films this way. :D Actually, there's a scene in the movie, after Jeff Bridges has been sent into the digital world, when he is captured and placed in a cell resembling a section of honeycomb. There are several cells grouped together with a guard who walks back and forth above the cells. This looks very much like the view of those cells from the guard's perspective. And, considering the purpose of the cells and the future of those held in them, the idea of the shapes here resembling toxic biohazards is very fitting. Plus I love the soft/strong contrasts you've created. Definitely going into my desktop pictures folder so I can be pleasantly surprised each time it shows up. Tron (circa 1982) was an excellent movie...Many "firsts" in computer animation were unveiled in that flick...And that does look a bit like a biosymbol...Nice design and dedication to Nik...favs...
