A lifelong interest in Jewish history, stemming from my first encounter with stories of the Holocaust, gives me my first impression of this art you've created, Lori. In Jewish mysticism, the Chamber of Guf is also called the Hall of Souls. According to the Jewish Talmud, the Messiah will return when all the souls have left the Guf, and every birth removes another soul from the hall. You may remember a Demi Moore movie, "The Seventh Sign," that involved this very concept. Well, my conceptual interpretation of your fractal is a mystical view of souls leaving the Guf for their human hosts. An eerie thought, yes, even a little creepy, maybe, but that's what I see when I view this one. Everyone sees something different. That is the mark of a real piece of art. Don't get me wrong; I like it!
