good idea and nice manip. I'm just a bit distracted by the blue circle but it's just a detail.
the contrast is quite soft... I wonder how it would look if it was more strong? though I admit it has a nice mystery feel to it when it's dark like that^^... all in all it is nicely done, good job^^

Personaly I like the blue circle, it adds a little colour. But to each its own :)
