Interesting shot? alot of blur noise, at least to me

So I should contact my travel agent and get booked on another ship perhaps?

I'm having a hard time figuring out just exactly what I'm looking at. It looks a little blurry to me and has an awfully dark background. I've taken enough photos like this. My best guess is that this was taken with a telephone lens without a tripod or motion control. If it was me and I lived near a river with barges and tug boats, I'd try again on a sunny day and try to rest the camera on a solid object. Great idea though.

nice boat, but the blurry picture makes a little difficult to distiguish what type of boat it is.
