This is an interesting take on bridge photography. Rather than emphasize the bridge's relationship to water you chose to emphasize its relationship to land showing its tower rather than its caissons. That shows good creativity, and I applaud you for it. Your placement of the highway arcing to the right is a good compositional element as well, and of course the sunrise is a good background. I rather wish you had cloned out that green sign or placed it elsewhere in the frame. It's too strong an element to leave as an afterthought in the image.
Hey there Mister Madman, wat'cha know that I don't know
Tell me some crazy stories, let me know who runs this show
Glassy-eyed and laughing, he turns and walks away
Tell me what made you that way
