I would guess deer, but based on my posts in the past of animals and such, I might be wrong. Someone will definitely know.

It is a deer and it is a Mule deer (as opposed to a White Tail
deer). See how its antlers fork. Each tine will continue to
fork. Its antlers are still growing because they are still covered with skin (velvet). When they are finished growing the
deer will rub the skin off.
