Russell, for a first, you've already topped the scale! Unbelievable detail. Are you using a macro lens? If not, what lens are you using? Did I mention wonderful composition and lighting? Thanks for sharing this and I'll look forward to hearing how you did this. - Patty

wow this is an incredible macro!! it is so detailed! it seems i can see every tiny little thing on this bee. i like how little background there is, it keeps the focus completely on the bee and flower. great colors and lighting. overall just a great capture! ~abby

You stole this from the National Geographic special on bee's didn't you? I knew it. haha jk. Amazing shot though seriously, i love it. Puts my bee shot to shame. Great work.
