This beauty is waiting to be properly planted in the garden. It was started inside early this spring. If I stopped taking pictures of it .. this might happen and it would not get so dusty!! (60mm, f16, 1/5 sec, ISO 100, -2/3 exposure compensation)

The way this is angled, it looks as if it is being supported from unknown sources coming from the left, so it appears very different from other marigold pics that are normally seen. I have it in my flower faves folder. Thanks for another great one, my friend.

This really does look as though it is floating - I love marigolds, and this is a unique view of a beauty Russell. Once you plant it out in your garden you will have them for years as they self-seed. You should keep one inside as well though - the petals are nice in salads :)
