I just got out of the voting booth and I gave this a 10. I fell in love from the first glance. The clarity on the momma is great and the babies are acting just like kids all over the world. Just lovely and I'm so glad you were able to follow up on these cuties and catch them before they get too much older :)

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round?? Picture Purrrfect .
Few critters are softer or more skittish than baby ducks. And considering that, you must have used a long lens to get this photo. It's a wee bit soft but I'm guessing you were using a lower-rez camera back then (7 years ago) because the images you submit today are very well focused. Even so, this one is exceptional and, remembering the c-index was in operation then, I'd bet this one did well in the numbers. -Nik
