Finally I was able to get a shot of a hummer. Took this at my friends campsite. Set the camera up and waited, used a 300 mm lens. This is my first ever hummer offering. ♫ :)sandi ♪ ♫

I like it. My mom loves hummingbirds and I've taken a few pix of them, but none as good as this. Nice post.

Sandi! Congrats~ The hummers are just crazed this time of year to bulk up for their flight. I had one test my windchime shaped like a sunflower yesterday then turn and look at me like "how dare this not be a feeder for me"! Quite comical... Very great shot girl! ~Mary~

Very nice for a first effort. I have yet to capture a hummer or a bee. I'm just not quick or steady enough, I guess.

Very lovely, Sandi, and while this may be your first hummer, I'm sure it will not be the last as they become quite addictive :) Great job ;)
