Here is Foxy Lady with two of her three cubs. This was taken with a 70-300mm sigma zoom lens and I did alot of cropping. I wish it was better quality but I was lucky to get some shots off. She watched me the entire time and I did not want to scare her off so moved ever so quietly and snapped some off and left. My neighbors had called me to let me know they were out of the den. I tried not to oversharpen this one too. I feel honored I was able to get these and Hopefully you won't mind my sharing more with you. sandi ♪ ♫

The fox cubs are so cute ... looks like Foxy Lady is keeping a watchful eye too. Wonderful shot Sandi ... to have the opportunity to see these animals in the wild is quite amazing. Looking forward to more. ;-)

Wow great shot Sandi. Didn't even notice the momma fox over to the side untill I looked at it in the largest size. Nice job taking some pictures and not disturbing her to much. Hopefully you'll be able to get another chance to get a little bit closer.

Life is the pits sometimes, but God and your friends are always there to help you through it.
Do you remember Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. Every week the host would take us to different "wild" areas on earth and show us animals. The deadlier the better. And, he had a sidekick, Jim, who he always sent down to get closer to the animals. My favorite line from the show always centered around, "now Jim is down by the river..." with the dangerous animal of the night. I always watched to see if Jim was going to be eaten that week. Thanks Sandi for the picture and the memory.

Considering the fact that capturing a fox with cubs is extremlely hard, have to say Sandi that you've achieved a wonderful result. Very well done. Just love it.

What cute foxes. Since they are so small in the image, I would have cropped off the the right side up to the tree trunk and some off the top and a little off the left to enlarge the foxes.
How did you get that close? Whoops, I went back and read your commentary and see that you had probably already cropped it as much as you could. Good work.
