As I was leaving Walmart I spotted a bunch of gulls so thought I better give it a try. Lol!

Used the 70-300 sigma lens for this one.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Why is it EVERY WAL MART has SEAGULLS ?
Fine Close Up on this Car Detailer. LOL.

There's a Wal Mart Song down here in the South. It goes Like this....."Wal Mart, Fall Apart, Bring It Back Tomorrow". LOL.

Wal Mart wants it all. Now they want the Seagulls. I like the use of light and shadows in this one Tigz. The framing looks so natural.

Excellent.

What is it with Wal Mart and gulls? LOL! I saw a crowd of gulls the other day when I was leaving Wal Mart's parking lot! No ocean anywhere nearby either. This one is captured quite clearly and he has such lovely white feathers, Sandi. I like the way you have him in the frame.

There are some nice elements to this Sandi. His head on one side, the diamond pattern of his feathers, the eye...there's some burnout in the highlights but this has a slightly different feel about it to your average gull shot. Nice work.

Think the answer is that simple. It's more easy to them to get their food at e.g. a Wallmart than at open seas.
Good capture of a (former?) maritime pigeon Sandi.

I live in the mountains, three hours away from the ocean, and our Walmart has 'em too, Sandi! Perhaps Cornelius is right! And don't let them kid you about taking your camera with you everywhere you go. I do it too...and I mean everywhere. I call my Sony my stealth camera!

Nice shot of the little beggar!
