I was in my mom's housing addition driving down the road and spotted this guy in the road in front of me. Using the zoom lens I took this one through the windshield.

I did alot of editing on this one to take out background objects and to enchance this little squirrel as it was a bit dark from the tinted windshield.

For some enjoy your Thanksgiving and for others just enjoy your day. :)

Thank you in advance for your comments.

I had been holding back on this one, was not too sure but I figure I'll let you decide.

Thanks Sandi for letting decide us whether this is a good image or not. I haven't any doubts. It's not only a cute and adorable post but it has a very reasonable quality as well. Suppose that the windshield functioned as a polarization filter, lol. You've done a good job to me my friend.
Regards, Cornelius.

I am glad you posted this, the soft effect works very well and the background highlights the animal.

You did a fine editing job on this one, Sandi. I wouldn't have know about the windshield had you not said. It looks like a softening effect and it is quite a nice one too.

what a sweet capture Sandi! ....you did well to capture him so clearly with your zoom - the slightly out of focus appearance of the shot actually works well - it has a fuzzy feeling (like warm) :)

Awww...I like your capture Sandi! Your background work is great, but the squirrel is alittle blurry around the edges. But then maybe thats the way you intended it. Still a cute shot!

This makes me think there is a song for any occasion. The post work you did gives is a sort of Orton effect. He just needed to stick out his thumb and you could have picked him up. Good, cute shot Tigz.
