I was so pleased to spot this cutie out at the feeder's this morning. You can read about this bird here I'm so pleased to be able to offer a little more variety of birds.
Used the canon 450D and canon ef 70-300mm IS USM lens.

Well, you had more sun than we did! He looks really great catching those first rays. The colors are wonderful. I love these little guys.

This beautiful bird seems to be waiting for his morning newspaper or maybe taking a sunbath. Some sort of human activities. I like the contrast between the crisp foreground and the blurred background.

This has some very, very nice qualities. The angle on the branches and the depth of field give it tons of 3d realism, and the blurred background is wonderful against the sharpness of the bird. But as always it's the light that's so special. It's obviously shining straight at you from that bright, blue patch in the background, yet nothing's burnt out and everything's beuatifully lit. Great shot Sandi, this one's very good.
