A very active Downy Woodpecker in the Lilac Bush checking things out.

I did crop this one and took out part of another feeder. Used the canon ef 70-300 IS USM lens.

I'm giving you alot of bird images and you don't seem to mind, so i'll try to change the subjects around a bit.

Thank you once again for your comments, I value your time, friendship's and advice.

Very lovely photo of the bird,the colors and light are very good as well.You have some very good bird photos and it is not boring so do not worry.

You have a really nice situation with your feeders because you get the nice morning(?) light in your bird shots. He looks great from here and as someone said, well fed. Is that a home made peanut butter and seed feeder? They sure are a challenge to capture and you've got some really great captures.

It looks like he is thinking about cutting off the limb and taking the feed home. Great shot Tigz. You bird feeding has really brightened you winter and ours. Good work.
