Sandi, I am still sitting here in awe of the detail in the feathers you were able to capture with this Heron. I agree with you that the cropping has brought him into a closer, more detailed view. But, IMHO, both pictures are great!
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
I think cropping is a lot easier than throwing a chain around his neck and yanking him closer. LOL. Excellent shot. You didn't lose any sharpness by the cropping. Looks great to me. Good work, Sandi.
A great shot of the Blue Heron Sandi. Excellent clarity and detail in this beauty. So did he follow ya home to the feeder after the photo shoot?? Saved
Even with the cropping the detail is wonderful on the heron. Love how the tree branches / twigs form a natural framing around the bird. Very well done Sandi.
I wouldn't have know you cropped it if you hadn't mentioned it. I assumed most photos were cropped some. This is a dandy Tigz. Clarity and the lighting is perfect.
