Very nice photo of the Heron,Sandi,the Heron looks very good with its wings opened,very good clarity as well.

Look after the wildlife folks
Looks like it is airing the pits out Tigz. I do that once in a while. This really makes the little pony tail or is it heron tail show up. Colors and clarity are beyond reproach. Beautiful post.

Really love this shot...I'm trying like heck to get one in flight. Great detail on the feathers and it is so hard to get all of the wings in the frame (at least that's what I'm finding out. Overall......I love it.
