Love this iris Sandi! This is one of my favorite flowers. Grandma grew them in the back yard. Same color! Good for hand held too! I have to take a million photos when doing that! lol. Thank you! Allen

Ah yes, iris are my favourite plants and this is a stunning portrait. You got so much lovely detail in the petals, the delicate veining is really well picked out and the backlit blue is beautiful. The black background really elevates it from the run of the mill, this is great Sandy.

Wonderful closeup of this exquisite beauty, Sandi! I'm really enjoying all the details of the fragile petals and their rich colours. The lighting is also spectacular! When viewing the largest size I see a bit of unevenness in the black background, however not noticed as much in the smaller sizes...perhaps it's just my monitor. Excellent capture, my friend! :)
