Beautiful glowing colors in this early morning scene. I like the lighting on the boats / docks as well. I may have angled the camera a bit more to left to capture a bit more of the rising sun ... other than that I'd say the clouds definitely set the scene off as well as the colors. Nicely done Sandi.

You sure like to get up early. The only way I would see a sunrise, would be to stay up all night....which I don't do anymore since retiring. LOL. Very beautiful shot, Sandi. I like the little dock and the boats. Fabulous sky.

Beautiful sunrise Tigger! I like the way the light touches the boat and the shoreline. The colors through the cloudy sky are so brilliant and warm. A real wakeup! I agree with Danika~I might have let a bit more sun in on the left,but it's a stunning shot the way it is! :)Ami

Magical light you captured here.Clear and beautiful.I feel that a crop of the right side dark area might bring more focus into the scene which is beautiful and interesting with the boats there.This is outstanding as is and goes on my desktop and into my Favs!

I can't believe you get up that early!!!...lol...I've never seen a sunrise except in a photo. And this is one superb photo! It looks like the lake is on fire from the sun!! Outstanding capture Sandi! Love it!
