I thought this capture made for an unusual but neat image. Even managed a reflection in this one. :)

Another one from the Dam Pond.

I guess because of their legs and feet they can hold on and there is not much resistance.

You would think the goose would get knocked over by the current of the water. Nice lighting in this, Sandi. Pretty cool how you caught it's reflection, too.

Isn't a dam sort of in the middle? Holds water on one end, and a sheer drop on the other? That's a dangerous situation for a honker...Nice capture...

I notice the older I get the more Dam Honkers there are trying to get me to drive on. If they looked this good I wouldn't give them a bird so to speak. :) I hope I didn't detract from your wonderful shot Tigz. It is great. You could get a reflection in a thimble full of water.
