I wanted to present this lovely Dahlia in a simple way, I used Photoscape for a touch of editing.

Thank you for your comments, I do appreciate them very much.

Tomorrow I won't be on Caedes till later in the evening. I'm meeting my friend Kathleen and weather permitting we are going for a evening Paddle wheel boat ride and we are having dinner. Then I will visit my mom in the hospital, she is improving.

My friend Kathleen will be leaving for Kenya Sept. 9th, and this will be the last time we get to visit before she leaves for her missionary work. It will be two years before I see her again. She is the lady I met on a river walk a couple years ago and named an image from this place for her ( Kathleen's Serenity

Thank you and have a good evening and a good day tomorrow.

A nice parting gift for Kathleen Tigz. I remember when you met her. Another great example of the benefits of photography. I like the simplicity of this and the lighting on the flower.
The background adds contrast.

Glad to hear your mom is getting better.

Have a good day.
