Captured this Goldfinch out the open window with the Canon 450D & Canon 70-300 IS USM lens. Ran it though NX 2 for this end result.

I love the gold finches and they are very difficult to get them to stop long enough for a shot. The colors are so bright that it makes me think of spring. Good one and enjoy your weekend Tigz.

Cute looking fella. The blue adds contrast to the yellow but I might have been heavier with the cropping shears, to remove most of the bird feeder. This makes for a great desktop, as the background shades allow icons to shine through.
