A break from the flower pics. This was taken at Bonnyville Mill County Park, where the Dahlia trial garden can be found. It was a hot day and humid and the clouds rolled in and had a bit of rain.

I'm curious what you think, since this was taken with the new lens.

Canon 450D and canon ef70-200 f/4L USM lens used.

Thank you in advance for your comments, either nay or yay I want to know if you notice and diiference in this type of shot from my others. I had another park shot, but it did not do well that was taken with my sigma wide angle, and it has been deleted. It would have been a good comparison.

It has good clarity throughout Tigz. I think you made a good choice.

I don't know if I can tell a difference Sandi - I do know this is a good shot and you've gotten some great shots with that Sigma.

The sharpness is outstanding, but it always was before, at least I thought it was....hold on I'll go check...twiddle your thumbs while I am gone..LOL.......I'm back...To be perfectly honest, I can't tell. The ones I took a look at look very good. Maybe someone with younger eyes will be a better judge. You always do good work.

An excellent shot Sandi. Such a lush setting. Enjoying the summer colors as the winter dullness is coming on all too quickly.

Its a wonderful scene Sandi, but I think I just have to get used to the new lens and what it does. It looks really excellent but there's just something different I can't put my finger on.

Although you couldn't use a bigger angle (70mm or smaller) you performed your photography perfectly. Look at the deep green colours. I think with Canon.. and Tigger.. you can :-)! Mich
