This Red Bellied Woody was checking out the new feeder above its head. But it is a finch feeder, and I guess it knew it did not have any goodies it was interested in. Sorry I did think to turn the camera for a vertical shot, to include it.

Another one shot through clean window glass.

Thank you for commenting, and please know I appreciate it.

I hope your not bored with the birdies.

He looks like he could be gargling Tigz. I think it looks fine just the way it is.

This one is really fine, especially since the bird is so colorful and the pose is so cute. My birds have stopped coming. Maybe they don't like the last food I bought at the grocery store.

I don't believe your story about the finch feeder, Sandi. I think it has spotted a woodpecker of the opposite sex. I can tell by the look in it's eye. LOL. Gorgeous shot.

I love it - such an expectant expression on this lovely little bird. I think it is better without the feeder in the shot - leaves us to wonder what it is looking at 9 lol but we know because you told us :)
Superb clarity and colour in this and a well blurred backgroung.

Hi Sandi, this is a good shot of your woodpecker friend. I like the detail here. I can see remnants of seed on the bill.

I really like the framing/placement. The tree branches are to the left of Mr. Bird and the focus is nice.

This shot is so much more natural in color, hue and saturation.

Thanks for sharing this with me! :o)
