I think the look on this tiger's face says all to well that they are wild animals, and should not be kept as pets.
The EFRC owner, and keepers travel all around the USA to rescue these beautiful animals, that end up in some very bad conditions.
Left neglected in some cases in small cages that they can't even turn around in. They had a lion that had such bad conditions, that he fecal matter was stuck in his huge mane, and they were letting it work itself out through weather and his preening. They thought it best to let it take care of itself for the safety of all.
The people involved with the center are truly dedicated, and hard working people, who share a love and caring nature for the exotic cats. It is sad to hear the stories but most heart warming when you see how the cats have come to a safe refuge, where they can live out the rest of their years safely.
Used the canon 70-200 f/4L lens and shot through chain link fencing.Thank you for commenting.
