More of a butterfly capture, but they do love foofies, so this is my foofy offering for this friday. I did crop this to bring it in more, hope you like it.
Shot this awhile back, the butterflies are gone till next year.
I would like to dedicate this one to Kathy, (trixie) who has been under the weather with some health issues, and our zanny friend Rogdot, who was involved in an accident with his car, thank goodness, he is okay, (not his fault) I will add.I know foofies are not his favortite, but it's the thought that counts! :)Your comments are always appreciated, and thank you in advance.

As good of a butterfly photo as I have seen Tigz. I think it is the foofy that it is sitting on that makes it so good. The great colors and clarity don't hurt either.

Thank you, Sandi, for the butterfly shot. I heard that Kathy is back from the hospital and is mending. I had a sore neck for a few hours but am back to swimming two miles a day, walking Ollie twice a day and cutting and splitting wood. We will again have two seasons here. Today's it's supposed to be 90°. I know from experience that the temperatures will soon plummet and the much needed rains will arrive before the state burns down.
Nothin' to complain about in your beautiful shot. Looks like the Tiger Swallowtail has seen better days with parts of his wings missing. Probably just bounced off of one too many windshields.
Excellent detail and colors as always. No complaints here with the composition either.
