I removed my posting "Restfull But Alert #3" because it was pointed out that it really was not that much of change, and I should move on-point well taken,and I'm moving on.
This image was done entirely in photofiltre studio, and I used the selection tool to lighten the eye.
Today has become so sad for me after finding out that Michel has chosen to leave, and pulled out all of his beautiful images.
This is my dedication to a man who is at the top of the game when it comes to excellence in this hobby called photography. Michel you have removed probably half of the images in my favorites. :( I can only hope you will return. :(

I never do favourites for that very reason...If I see one I like I save it to my external drive...Needless to say many of yours have found a home there and this beauty goes the same way.."ciao baby".. ;))))))).R.

As far as I know, our friend Michel will still reply on PM's of friends. So you can send him an PM with the request for sending you the address of his personal site, on which many of his, on Caedes deleted, photographs can be seen.
It's a great loss for this site that Michel finally decided to quit with Caedes.
I was very frightening after he had informed me about the reasons personally. I've seen with my own eyes the comments and most of the PM's that brought him this far.
It was and still is a very sad day for me as well. I did many attempts to bring Michel back on this site. Up till now he refuses to do so. I have to respect this. Because he's still very upset and angry now, think it's better to have a delay before trying a new attempt.
It's not the place here to blame the ones who are responsible for Michel's departure, but if the arrogance of some people on this site will continue, think Caedes will soon come to an end. The behaviour that Michel did decide to quit with Caedes has nothing to do with 'customer'-friendliness.

A lovely dedication & capture, Sandi. Love the detail on this female Mallard. I hope Michel decides to return someday ... I didn't get a chance to comment on all his work, but I always viewed his work full screen & he is such an inspiration to all. He is dearly missed. Thanks for sharing.

Well, we'll have to fill Mich's images in our favorites folder with some of yours, Tigs. This is an excellent quality image. I guess emotion is a powerful motivator to our creativity. I too will miss Mich.

I love your 'wet' look Sandi!!! So cute and a wonderful dedication! I never heard a word about Mich leaving!!! Now I wish I had his phone number cause my niece is married to a guy from Holland. I always meant to ask her where in Holland cause of Mich. Mich told me its a small country so chances are that they knew one another. Now I'll never know! PM me and let me know why he left....if you could....I'm really upset about this!
