Captured these two resting in the sun, lakeside.
I was playing in elements 8: Used layers, and messing around in there I chose B&W, and then ran it through the plug-in, and ended up with this result, and then ran through noise removal.
My good friend Richie helped me on the layer tricks, and I sure am glad I have learned something new, and the plug in is pretty cool.
I do want to know what your thoughts are, either yay or nay, for me it's a yay! :)
Any comments are most appreciated, and any critque is welcome given in a nice way, thank you.

Interesting layering effects. The geese look so restful ... perhaps they just finished a long swim. The grass almost has a desaturated appearance which to me is all good ... as it enhances the focus on the geese more. Excellent work, Sandi ... you are doing well using layers.

A great work. You did a lot of work and got excellent results. I would like to see the grass a more natural color. all the other colors are fine, so having a natural look will make it perfect.
