I hope you have a good day, after such a long time of no rain, we are starting to get rain almost every day, and things are finally starting to green up.

Thank you for commenting.

Beautiful, Sandt, it's wings look like velvet.
Amazing color as well.
We had a really bad storm this morning. 60-70 mph winds coming off of Lake Michigan . I have no damage other than a few limbs down in the pasture and I still have power , others weren't so lucky . Glad to hear you are getting some rain hopefully without the violent storm.

We haven't had enough rain to turn things green yet. This is another gorgeous shot of the Monarch Butterfly. The bokeh is perfect! Well done, Sandi.

---we are starting to get rain almost every day---

Things are changed now, Sandi. Recently the people in England and my country were almost drowned because of the continuous heavy showers, while the sun is burning now extremely hot!

It's even better inside rather than outside the house now.
A good opportunity to enjoy your wonderful image!

Regards, Cornelius.

Really crystal clear capture Sandi - I love all the details you're getting. We've had a couple of violent storms with heavy rain but it comes down too fast for the parched soil and mostly runs off. Hopefully August will be better.
