They are so elegant looking. They can be very aggressive but this is one of the young ones that hang out at the public landing, and don't seem bothered by people. They allowed me to get very close, and just kept on preening.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.
It's a superb image,Sandi. Pure white, backlit by a strong sun can be a tough project. The most important area is deeply shadowed and Flash Fill might have solved the problem. Topaz Lens Effects definitely will. Just reverse the normal procedure. Use Gamma to bring the head and neck to a normally lit level. This of course wil overlighten the rest of the image, and here you simply return all sides to normal with Lens Effects, without affecting that corrected central area.
