This version emphasises the gorgeous colours which look great against the wood. The b/w brings out the forms and shapes more.
I like then both. It is a beautiful collection.
I hope you leave the b/w one :) :)

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Again problem with full screen view Sandi. This image is more colourful. It is nice - I like this one better.

I can't view it full screen, Tigz. The site is acting up again.
Don't take the Cardinal plate down just because they lost. :)
I will return and give it a closer view.

I must say I prefer the color view because of all the beautiful and artistic painting on these lovely plates - wonderful collection and shot.

They sure are pretty either way, but I like to see the colors of the paintings on the plates. A nice display who ever it belongs to.

The color version is really cool, Sandi. I think it suits the shot better. Just MHO.

I like them both Sandi. I do believe we have plates very similar to the top left and right end plates.
