A beautiful smooth velvetiness to this Sandi. The lone yellow bloom with the darker ones looks great. van Gogh had the same idea - it works for both of you :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Lovely composition in this photo I love how you have a row of deep purple iris and the yellow one at the front,The detail is nice lovely and sharp and the colours are stunning too.
What a beautiful deep shade. Have never seen that on a Iris. I'm not crazy about the central composition, but it's easy to see why it was necessary. An option would be to just increase the width of the frame, enough to almost reach the flowers at either end. It wouldn't harm any of the images but could probably improve the overall balance. I'm guessing you're using the AAA Frame, and you might even try a slight darkening of the border space.
I say that we get rid of the violet flowers and let the yellow one live in peace. By the way, I took an Actifed for my hay fever and am not sure who I am.
