He thought he was hidden, but I spotted him. Lol!

Thank you for the views, and comments.

I'm not sure about our snow total for the season so far for where I live, but just an hours drive north of here, they have 55 inches more than last year. I think we are having more of a midwest winter like years ago, but maybe a bit more so, especially with the cold factor. We were probably long overdue. The plow service was here yesterday, did the driveway, and when I got up this morning, it was covered again with several inches, so I got out there and pushed snow before the winds pick up this afternoon. I just keep thinking spring!! :)

You spotted him, although he (?) was dressed in a camouflage suit.
It's not that easy to stay 'incognito' for you Sandi, lol!

I already told you that the winter in my area is very mild up till now. What a difference when I compare this with the severe weather conditions that you're dealing with.

Again, stay save and warm. Thanks for this fine photograph, and regards from, Cornelius.

He needs to put on his Realtree Camo,Tigz and get off the ground.
It would stick out like a sore thumb in the snow.
Come on spring!!
Well spotted by you and also the frog.

He really is going incognito isn't he! Excellent capture - I wouldn't normally say this but I hope I see one soon since it would mean much much warmer weather.

Nothing says Spring like this Camo Frog, Sandi. Just basking in the sun and not a flurry in sight just nice warm earth under its feet. He has greens that blend so perfectly with the surrounding grass and earth tones that...well...blend with the earth around him. Your camera work found him out and exposed him to us all. Good work Sandi.

A very fancy looking frog it is Sandi and you have captured it well. Close your eyes and picture all those nice parks you know in summer. It may help. I do the same :)

As Carol said blending is all right and even Boris would notice my Prince Charming only when he decided to shift his legs or flutter his eye lashes... :)
Kiss him from me when you see him next time, dear SAS.
Meantime stay warm and safe !!!

Great camouflage and a very handsome chap/ beautiful lass. Love frogs! I'm so glad I live in temperate northwest England where it's been cold(ish), damp and windy. No snow and no ice (yet).

What frog? I'll admit that is a pretty good shot of a pile of dirt. Good lighting, colours and textures in the photo. The long, cold winter must have broke you, Sandi, and now you are delusional seeing frogs where frogs couldn't possibly be.
