I removed my earlier post, I was given some good tips, and after seeing something in the post, that I did not like I deleted it. I will repost that one at a later time.
Here is one of many different types of dragonflies, that I took last year at the calendar gardens.

Image is a bit dark in areas Sandi. Biffo could be correct. But if not then that looks a lot like a Calico Pennant, Male Version. the Female would be Yellow. Thanks for sharing.

I certainly do not know what kind of dragonfly this is, but they fascinate me all the same. Most of them are very predictable for a patient photographer. They seem to come back to the same spot for a time. You really pulled this one in close Sandi. It makes it look real shiny or that could just be my eyesight. Good job.
